I am new to this forum. I am italian and I beforehand apologize if my english is not good!
I started with weightlifting about a year and a half ago, after few years of PL and BB exercises.
After few months, I had to stop to train due to a shoulder injury.
I have recently started again to work out with WL exercises, but I need to learn the proper way to do the exercises.
So I would like to get some advice!
PS: my jerk specially sucks due to the shoulder injury: when I jerk I feel a twinge of pain along the right arm. So I make a push press rather than a jerk.
