Default NUTS are good for health

Nuts are very healthy snacks as they are full of nutrients like vitamin E, Folic acid, Selenium, Niacin and Vitamin B6. Contrary to the popular belief, nuts do not contain any cholesterol. No plant food does!. Instead, eating nuts everyday will reduce your blood cholesterol levels. isaacbefitlife
