Meant to do 25 on the second set. Pounds, that is. I'm not that much of a dreamer.

Monday August 12th

Seated Press
102.5x12x1
105x3x3


Front Squat
200x5x1
200x7


Felt like calling it a day early so I did a set of 7. I helped unload a truck and did a couple hours of yard work this morning so I was a quivering mess by the last rep.
