Glute Ham Raises off a high jerk box?
Have nearly finished a set of jerk boxes for my son that in total will be about 48" high (catalyst plans).
I saw a video somewhere of a chinese coach holding onto a lifters straight legs as he was doing raises over the side of a jerk box.
Does anyone think that will do the whole GHR exercise sufficiently?
While on the topic - any other exercises that they can be put to (other than jerks & snatches from different heights)??
