Default Clean technique corrections

Greetings.

This is my first post, so I find it right to present myself and my history.

My name is Kristian Paev, I'm from Bulgaria, 21 yrs old.

For many years I've participated in youth&amateur football (soccer), until the summer of 2013. I've had an ACL injury on my left knee, but I'd say I'm totally OK now and not restricted in any way (apart from kneeling on hard surfaces).

I've decided to give up on my dream for career in football, so I needed a new challenge. I practice olympic lifts for 3 or 4 months now, and I could say they are my new love

However, I'm struggling to 'get it right'. I am really inspired from your work and dedication, so I find no better place to post my questions.

At 82 kilos, I have the following PR's:

110 C&J
115 Jerk
150 Backsquat
130 FSQ
75 Power snatch

I'm not very strong, but you could say I have decent strength levels.

From what I see - I'm very, very, very slow.

Right now I'm following the 5-week-general cycle template, training 5 times a week. I don't know if it makes sense to use one of those cycles, if I am not good technically.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated, and I really hope you'd help me through my journey.

Best regards,
Kristian Paev
