Default whipping my back

Hello All - I seem to have a bad habit of whipping my back or doing that "arch angel" thing during the second pull.

Any suggestions?

thanks
Jack

Video? You do want to be arched back somewhat at the finish of the pull, just not excessively or at the expense of adequate leg drive.

Yes, according to my coach. It is too excessive and therefore hindering my leg drive.

thanks for chiming in.

Dip snatches, snatch pull + snatch (focusing on pulling vertically with leg drive, then replicating that leg drive in the following snatch).
