O Course x 3 w/ boots, utes, and flak jacket
Afterwards did a hill sprint.
O Course was harder than expected w/ flak. I was able to climb the rope all 3 times...rope wasn't hard at all...but doing the college boy roll was a different story. Was only able to do it once...had to "chicken wing" it the other 2 times.
The extra 10+ pounds and lack of abdominal training...
