I just wanted to share with you some spreadsheets I've made of the wonderful programs found on the training cycles pages. I train at home and am bad with math mid-workout, so I made a google spreadsheet to calculate all that crap for me!
So far I've made 7 of the cycles and am working on an 8th. To use them you go to File -> Make a Copy and then it will show up in your drive for you to edit. You punch in your 1RMs (or training 1rm) in the box at the top and your workout weights will automagically appear for you!
I hope some use can be made of these, as sharing is caring ha.
