Default Inside The Affiliate

Hi all,

My name is David Osorio and I've been running CrossFit South Brooklyn since late 2007. Several months ago I started a website called Inside the Affiliate (WFS) where we open source some of our best practices and perspectives on running a professional, inclusive and effective affiliate. This week's article is An Open Letter to New CrossFit Coaches with some general guidance to novice trainers. Most of the articles are geared toward gym owners and coaches, but hopefully they prove somewhat valuable to an even wider audience. If you're interested please check it out and let me know what you think.

Thanks!
