Default Running an Active Recovery Class at Your Gym

Hey everyone,

I just posted a new article on Inside the Affiliate about our Active Recovery classes. In it I detail the benefits of having a program like this at your gym and provide the nuts and bolts for how we run it. It's a great tool to leverage people into actually doing some soft tissue work and learning how to better take care of their bodies. Hope you enjoy it.

Thanks!

Based on the photos, it looks like you get a decent turnout for these classes. What would you guess is the % of your total clients who participate in these regularly?
