Post Incorporating crossfit programming with catalyst strength cycles?

I recently started one of catalyst athletics strength cycles, and I noticed they recommended against additional programming, however included their own conditioning. Do you think it would be wise to substitute other crossfit programming (such as NorCal who I follow) in the place of their conditioning?

You're just going to have to try it. I recommend against it because people usually don't have enough self-control and want to do 100% of everything, which means they end up with less than 100% of anything.
