Default Snatch Critique

Thank you all for accepting and allowing me to post into this forum. It is very much appreciated.

I have been putting more focus into weightlifting in the past 5 months. I noticed that when I start to snatch anywhere above 140 lbs or so, I start to have about a 3 inch jump forward on the catch, is there any way I can possibly fix that or should I not worry about it? Also, on the second video, I was wondering if it would count as a "good lift" or "no lift"? Any other feedback as to what I can fix and work on is appreciated.
