114kg x clean missed jerk

2.75 run + 2 sections of shortcard


Ross Training Fatigue challange


Back Squat
275lbs x 5 x 5 x 5

Push Press
185lbs x 3 x 3 x 3

Bear Complex @ 185lbs
x 9

Afterwards worked on some KB techniques.
