I've been dealing with my stubborn left ankle for some time now doing my olympic lifts, I feel like it really limits me, as I can never get a nice upright posture. I've tried stretching for weeks on end my gastroc muscle as well as my soleus through weighted bar stretches. But I see zero improvement, When I flex my left ankle it gets to a point where I feel this sensation of it being locked, my right ankle on the other hand can go farther than this locked point and as I result I tend to lean to this side when catching! Any of you have tips for stubborn ankles like mine?
