Renegade Row shame
I can barely speak of it. I am pathetically weak in the renegade row...so much that I can only do 11 reps with an 8 kg kettlebell before losing my support with the other arm. More details in my log if anyone's interested.
Does anyone have any tips? I remember Jason C. Brown saying dumbbells work much better for it. Should I just suck it up and get some 25# dumbbells?
