Chris Forbis has recommended the Smart Vest, and I recently bought one for my wife for daily wear:

It will only hold 24 pounds, it's also relatively unseen under normal clothing. It's a snug fit, good for mixed-modal workouts with a lot of movement.

That looks pretty nice. We are looking to buy a few vests. Might do a few of those and an X-vest.

The Smart-Vest is awesome.
Doesn't hold much (24 pounds as Garrett said), but it fits very snugly. You can do most anything in it without any ROM issues.
If you wanted to wear it under your clothes to just get a progressive load on your skeletal system, it would be great for that. You can't even tell you're wearing it.

V-Max
I have the plate-loaded V-max vest from http://weightvest.com/ It was a deal because they don't have to ship the weights, and it can be adjusted up to 40lb. It's pretty nice for most things, but it's just sloppy enough to be slightly iffy on jumps, etc....not to say I still don't use it for the occasional weighted box jump or backwards crawl up hills and stairs. I love it otherwise though!

Our gym has a 15, 30 and 50 pound of this brand. It's pretty nice, I've only used it for weight pullups, dips and inverted rows so I'm not sure about more dynamic movements.
