Korean Food
Do you know where I can obtain the nutritional information ethnic foods (specifically Korean) to help measure out Zone blocks (and possibly other info such as sodium content)? Kimchi (aka spiced cabbage) is a big staple in any Korean diet (and mine) and I know cabbage is the core ingredient, but beyond that I’m lost. If you know of anything at all about Korean food in regards to the Zone and Paleo diets, please let me know. Thanks!
