3 egg whites + 2 whole eggs + 1 tsp butter cooked over easy
~70 g raw spinach
~50 g blueberries
~50 g strawberries
1 tbsp fish oil
Rating: pretty good, this is standard for me although often I go with some nuts instead of the fruit
I mostly commented just so I can say: Pierre, holy crap! You don't do that every day do you??? I don't think I'd have room for that even if I was starving.

2 regular(double patty) cheeseburgers from Five Guys with pickles, onions, tomatos, ketchup and mustard.
Rating: Horrible but oh so freaking good!

Glad to see such growth and participation!
Brad, yeah, avacado or guacamole for me is a way better way to make tuna salad. I just don't like mayo. But I do love avacado, and fat.
Allen, burgers rule. Eat them at 9am, and then I'll be impressed.
Eva Claire, the only thing questionable about your breakfast was your questioning it's categorical status. This thread is about celebrating the first food going into one's body. Own it!

Mark being that I eat breakfast at 3:00pm after fasting for 18 hours and working out its not that hard at all. Whats hard is the fact that I'm lactose intolerant which is terrible by the way but its having the intended effect so I'm suffering through it.
