They left out Ginger...a big anti inflammation spice....

So why no chicken or low fat meat? Incomplete list.......as it doesnt even go into omega 3 to 6 balance and sources.....smells like a vegetarian who made that list up....or what do they call vegetarians who do eat fish.....
