You're right.

I did 7x5 Military Press last night- ouch.

Then a 2 mile run for time - double ouch.

Might try cycling in the cardio/metcon and really focus hard on the numbers for OLAD (DISCLAIMER: OLAD is the intellectual property of Daniel John and is not to be used without the express written consent on Daniel John, LLC.)
