flank steak pesto roll-ups
Made these last night for dinner and they are friggin awesome!! I added some feta cheese on top of the pesto as my little tweak to the recipe.
I highly recommend everyone get home and roll-up a fatty, or two, ASAP!

Sounds good to me but I'll put them on my new smoker and let y'all know how they turn out. So far I've done chicken, chops, and fish...all of which have been top notch! Smokin' meat is grilling taken to the nth degree.

Scotty I tried the smoked flank steak and it is pretty tasty though I didn't bother with the pesto. Since I don't need the fat I used Durkee Six Pepper Blend for a rub instead, tasty stuff! Funny thing, of everything I've smoked so far, pork chops are the best.

Frank, you've obviously spent precious little time in Humboldt County. Good eat's nonetheless.

har, har Robb! I was a product of the 60s & 70s but now am a conservative curmudgeon therefore I will only state that "I did not inhale". As we speak there are chops in the smoker, again....
