I never had a spectacular bench while competing (345@ 181lbs BW) but loads of ring work, HSPU's and oddly enough, kipped pull-ups keeps that number in the 250-265 range on the couple times per year I test bench. Relative strength wise that's not that far off. My shoulders feel healthier and now I have a few other skilzz. Rip's stuff is awessome BTW.
