5x5 assistance Exercises
Does anyone have an opinion/tried/doing 5 x 5 with dips, pullups, and crunchs along with the SS program?
I know that Coach Riptoe mentioned in an interview that he recommends heavy sets of 5 for crunchs for core strengthening. I wondered if this could also be applied for pullups/chinups and dips with weight added on a weekly basis. I started doing this over the past couple of workouts and it seems to be going well.
