Turkish Get-ups for the Grappling Arts
In this video I break down 3 different varitions of the TGU and Noah Spear, BJJ World Champion ties the TGU perfectly into BJJ skills and 3 sweeps that are dependant upon those skills.

Having no BJJ background some of the stuff was harder for me to follow but it was an interesting video.
sidenote: It's weird that I've always found the OHS version to be the easiest of the 3.

I like the Turkish Get-up because it trains fighters to never listen to common sense, instinct, or the guys in their corners.
