Haha! 20 kipping chin-ups today!
Yeah, I know it's not that big, but it's a big improvement over 14.

hard and scary
onsighted (climbed for the first time withou falling) a 5.10d sport route!
also, a more different PR this weekend...I climbed a 200ft rock slab and only placed 5 pieces of protection. the distance between the last piece and the top was about 70 ft...good thing i had brought a clean pair of underwear.

Nice job David that sounds impressive.

111kg clean and jerk.
yeah, it's only a PR by one kg, but it's there. Took 115 a couple times and missed, but I expect that for the meet on 10/27. I could feel it. It's in me.

Tonight
135kg/297lb front squat for a double
Previously 135kg was my 1RM so it will be intereting to see what my new 1RM is when i test it on friday.
This was also AFTER running a beep test half an hour before the session.

Yesterday I ran a 5k in 29' 45", 1' 45" seconds better than the last one. Still had gas in the tank when done....

BW 175lb, 8-9% BF
205lb Clean & Jerk PR since foot/shoulder surgery
155lb Snatch PR " " "
305lb High Bar Back Squat PR " " "
Rowed a 1:30.39 500m the other day too
I'm transitioning into some active rest over the next couple of weeks, working on L-sits and other bodyweight skills and doing lots of icing and stretching. Looking forward to getting back the L-Press to handstand now that I've lost about 10lb over the last 2 weeks!
