Dammit Scott I just got used to drinking black and tans, now I have to go back to Bud Light.

Did that for years, only problem was I couldn't stop at one or two, it was always leading into some sort of pub crawl and coming home at the crack of dawn....

Ha...been drinking beer after hockey for...well....15 years? Pretty sure you get thrown out of the league if you don't.....damn Canadians and their games. Goes with my shirt "My Drinking Team has a Hockey Problem"!

Beer and hockey.....Let's just say that when being healthy I almost got thrown off the team for not drinking beer after games!
I was thinking about this the other day, watching my teammates devour a case of beer after the game.....and although probably not the best PWO nutrition, they sure are taking advantage of their glycemic window. Better then nothing....
