Lets talk Meal Replacement
I have a busy schedule and when I am not busy there are 10 things I should be doing besides eating. I recently revived my old habit of making a protein shake in my blender once or twice a day. The ingrediants I throw in are milk, oatmeal, whey protein, and a banana. I chase this with olive oil. Anyone have any similiar recipes? Anyone have any paleo friendly recipes?
