Live like an animal
I'll post some of my meals here to keep improving. I'm 6',5", 187 pounds, 21 years old and from Copenhagen, Denmark. My training is a combination of crossfit/kettlebells etc. I'm attending the Crossfit certification 1-2 december in North Carolina.
Almost all my fruits and greens are organic, some of my meat are too.
Let's get started with some of the meals I've eaten the last couple of days:
Beef
Calf liver
Eggs, spinach, avocado etc.
Horse steak

Exactly. Here in Denmark we, as far as I know, don't produce horse for slaughter. A friend of mine have a girlfriend who is very much into horseback riding, and she told him that the horse you can buy for eating here is "clapped-out" riding horses, which means that they've probably lived a very active life around people loving them eating primarily grass. That sounds healthy to me. I got the tip on Marks Daily Apple and have been eating it a lot since

I'm used to coooking home but was in the office at lunchtime today so grapped some basic stuff from the supermarket. I had the olive oil in my bag just in case.. go figure
Trout with olive oil and horseradish, orange, grapes and walnuts.

I get it from my local slaughter. I see that you're from Denmark - it's called something with "riis" and you can find it in Valby Langgade in Valby. Where are you from?

Looks very good Jonas. What did you put on top of the calf's liver? I love liver, but typically only eat it with onions and mustard or fry it with ground beef, onions, and kale.

Sounds good, I will try that one in the near future. On top was a sauce of mainly coconut milk, champignons and cinnamon.. and probably something else that I forgot about.
