Default Pumpkin seeds

I was researching magnesium because I've learned that many, many Americans don't get sufficient amounts of that mineral. Also magnesium seems to play a significant role in muscle repair and recovery. (See http://www.ajcn.org/cgi/content/full/72/2/585S) Which is why, I suppose so many of you really like ZMA supplementation.

So I looked up magnesium content of food, and found that 1/4 c. roasted pumpkin seeds contain 303 mg. of magnesium.

This may be old news around here...
