coromega fish oil--orange with a hint of chocolate
two yummy organic eggs scrambled with some leftover chicken

rating: this sure beats the dove bars i had for breakfast yesterday

smoothie: 1 tbsp BerryGreens, 1.5-ish cup raw milk, 1 banana.

rating: this actually doesn't taste half bad!! but i still don't want to go to work today

-An organic spicy chicken sausage (I didn't buy them because they were "organic." I bought them because these were the biggest damn breakfast sausages in the meat section).
-Mixed field weeds

Cold, leftover pizza which of course had wheat but was at least tomato, soy and cheese free.
