Three eggs and three slices turkey bacon.
Rating: Pretty good! I'm gonna go hike Pima Canyon with my added energy from a nutritious breakfast. Also, it sure beats the crappy soup I made last night from weird root veggies like turnips, rutabaga, parsnips, etc. I'm not sure Full Moon Feat is a good cookbook.

1/13 Sunday
Broccoli and leftover ground lamb fried up in vbutter, then 3 large eggs cracked over that. Then mexican cheese and tomatillo salsa.
Plus a whole milk protein shake.
Plus coffee.
Plus whole wheat toast fried in butter.
Plus spoonfuls of fishoil and wheat germ oil.
Rating: slightly mantritious.

Yes, your milk is pasteurized and mine is raw; see realmilk.org.

After reading about mantrition courtesy of John
leftover sausage and potatoes fried up with lots of butter then covered with 4 brown eggs served with hot sauce.
Washed it all down with my PWO glutamine and a diet coke.
Rating: Well it was mantritious
