4 FRIED Omega-3 eggs (I'm reading Protein Power Lifeplan and Dr. Eades says scrambled is bad. We'll see how long this lasts)
3 ounces of turkey sausage
1 orange
Rating: I miss Yoon.

Reloaded minus the coromega packet...and the chicken tasted kind of weird.

Regular morning ritual of water with 1 tsp salt sole, one packet orange with a hint of chocolate Coromega, too many homeopathic droppers and 5 tiny tablets of Bioplasma. Leftover blender full of smoothie, which I made with three raw eggs, two bananas, two tablespoons of BerryGreen and 2 cups (or was it 4 cups) raw milk. I had to take the foam out after it sat in the fridge.
Rating: My boyfriend said this smoothie would taste better with honey and crushed ice. And what's with the foam?
