Around 10 small ones at 5 grams of fat each. Funny, I gave our friends one to try this past Sat night and they almost puked. They were screaming for milk as they were trying to stomach the taste lol. Guess they'll never go mainstream. Its a paleo thing!

Steve I made them with subs (stevia, pecan meal in place of almond) for the CFNYC holiday party and everyone couldnt get enough. I have also given them to my coach and another CF buddy and they wee adored! It must be a healthy.

I think I paid like $3 for a pound of it at Trader Joe's.

Almonds have recently gone up in price and fear not, but with current almond issues--organic may be the only way to say almond for me!

16 bones at our local health food store. Im not sure there is a trader joes within 100 miles of Bristol Virginia.
