Ben - I LOVE coddled eggs (somewhere between a soft boil and a hard boil - about eight minutes in barely-boiling water) on spinach salad with sauteed onions. I'll have to try the fried-egg variation and add salmon! Yolk is a great dressing IMO.

I think you could find some burger, ground beef, organ meet and the like in this log if you look for it...

Also, the drink box? why don't we call those protein shakes pre-mixed "drink boxes" like the "juices" we drank as kids? Probably because they're gross and shouldn't be had.

chicken in a crockpot (with onions and carrots and celery and little else), which will probably be my lunch and dinner as well. oh and a peach.
