2 omega-3 rich eggs scrambled with leftover chicken and an avocado.

rating: oh so good. and the whole just heating up part helps with my morning impatience!

3 omega 3 eggs with napa cabbage and brocolli slaw with tehina and flax seed. Then coconut milk with choc hemp pwdr

Stale French toast (leftovers from a breakfast meeting I stumbled upon)...extremely dry, but free, and therefore, delicious.

Leftover pork tenderloin and sweet potato wedges. It's my girlfriend's birthday so, some leftover cake and cookies also.

Rating: The carb explosion at breakfast this morning has manifested itself into a fart explosion in my cube today.

Protein shake. Fibre drink. A kiwi with skin on. Some supps.
