sprinkle of cheese
Rating: Eating the toast to help with my meds. My poor stomach is in dire straits after 18 days of antibiotics.

TJ's breakfast chicken sausages
strawberries
coffee + honey (I know I'm a pussy, it's the only way I can stomach coffee with no heavy cream.)
Rating: All smoothie diet here Laurie and I come.....It's a mix between the Velocity Diet and the smoothie diet (minus the fruit juices and fruits).

1 scoop Chocolate metabolic drive + 1 scoop vanilla + 2 tbsp's milled flax + 1 cup of coffee + a dash of cinnamon on top
and
1 hot-rox (anyone else get nauseous on these?)
Rating: Too thick didn't add enough liquid on top of the coffee.

But with only 2 links today, and no almond butter.
Rating: Somewhere between a thumbless reverse curl done while looking in the mirror and a dumbell triceps kick-back.
