What is granola? Is it paleo-friendly?

What ingredients do you have in mind? If you can make it out of meat, nuts and seeds, fruit and veggies and call in granola, then yes. Traditional granola contains grains, thus not Paleo.

yeah thats what i meant, anybody have any creative ideas for me to get more carbs in my diet besides fruit and veggies?

if you are into paleo--its veggies and fruits in that order!! Why do you need xtra carbs?

for more carbs...simply eat more fruits and veggies. HA! Sure you meant more variety...if that is the case, try having yams, pumpkin, parsnip or a lara bar (on occasion and pwo). Tons of great recipes in the PM Journal, Robb's DVD and Robb's and Scott's paleo-friendly recipe e-book.

I thought yams weren't paleo?
