Default Thoughts on this Product

Chia Goodness Original

The plain variety lists its ingredients as chia seeds, hemp seeds, buckwheat and celtic salt. To me, if portion size is keep as they list it at 2T, it seems like a good breakfast option! Any thoughts?

Looks good to me. Sarena, I think you have a knack at finding nutrition gems and sources online. Keep up the good work! ha.

Pricey, very pricey, and portion size is 2 tablespoons??? I'll pass as I can t buy two pounds of Grass Fed beef or 4 dozen eggs, plus I'll guess that the cardboard to make the box cost more then the stuff inside.

I would think making it up yourself would be a lot cheaper!

If you have to take a drug pee test soon, I wouldn't eat that!
