Steamed Broccoli
Leftover crisped up Pernil

2 Hard boiled eggs
A few cacao nuts (I really dislike these nuts but feel bad about throwing them away. So, I'm suffering through them.)
A piece of buffalo jerky

11:00 am:
Baked Sweet Potatoes
Meat Sauce

1:00 p:
Chicken Salad
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
2 Dates

8:45p:
Beef Negimaki
Edamame
1 Piece of Uni Sushi
Miso Soup
Salmon Skin Salad
2 Dates

1:00p - steak, fries, salad, coffee, 3 dates

8:30p - Organic Slim Jim, 3 Dates

11:15p - 2 Sunny Side up Eggs, Crispy Hash and Home Fries

I'm on a meat and date kick.

Sarena,

I always have stash of dates in my desk.

The organic Medjool dates from the Whole Foods at Columbus Circle are the bomb. I try not to overdo it on them but they are a nice pick-me-up.

Near my house, there is a small private coop that sells only the freshest dried fruits (including several varieties of dates) that she purchases directly from the orchards. I gotta bring you some. Her mango is outrageous as well!
