in addition to the above, a 3xBW Deadlift is a good start.

Indeed. You can't be a good father or friend if you're not pulling at least 2xBW DL.

well, maybe a good friend....

but 2xBW DL is really the bare minimum for any sort of familial role modeling.

Agreed. I'll have 2.5BW DL by the summer. I'll be damned if my daughter is going to have daddy issues.

I have to get my pulling up then, I have about 4.5 months to gain 55# on my DL (if I want to be a good dad, I guess...).
