Friday April 18

Workout while getting ready for my Keys trip. Loading the boat can be done in a met-con type fashion.

Basically I got a whole lot of nothing serious accomplished.

Curls
C&J's
OH Shrugs

I am going to throw in some dips and pullups at work and then it is off to Naples, FL for Jr's meet.

I was dreaming of fresh tuna sashimi last night. Oh I can't wait.

Festive feed and enjoy the trip. Sounds like you're going to have fun.

All the best,
Arden

I am Back!

So much to post I will get it on later today. Man I almost fell off the first page of training logs. It is great to see so many people tracking their progress on here.

WB.

I almost called you yesterday with a few Power Training questions. Then I thought...that would just be way too much a fitness geeky conversation!

My question was: Have you done the Complex training? I was thinking about adding it in today with the full body workout. It's on page 270?

Call me any time Allen. I think that geeky fitness questions are probably part of my daily conversations with the rest of the world.

Thursday April 24

Absolutely exhausted from all the travel and fun I have been having the last two weekends.

OHS 65 X 5, 95 X 5 X 3
DL 95 X 5, 185 X 5, 265 X 3 X 4

Press 45 X 5, 95 X 5 X 4
P/U 7,7,7,c7,c7

Not enough time this morning, struggled with getting out of bed on time.
