Default Steve Cotter KB cert coming to Tucson May 10-11

Cross-post from the CF board:

For those interested, thought I would post this here.

The weekend will be a Certified Kettlebell Trainer (CKT) certification, with Steve sharing his expansive knowledge of kettlebell training in person.

If you hadn't read the articles already, Steve has written 2 articles for the CFJ on kettlebells. He is an expert in both the "Hard Style" and "Girevoy Sport" styles of KB lifting, so he is able to "take what is useful and leave the rest".

If anyone is interested in getting in on the group discount rate, please PM me.

For more information, see http://ikff.net/. Hope to see some of you there!

what's the difference between Hard Style and Giveroy Sport? I searched it, but didn't find anything on Hard Style. Giveroy seems like it's a competed event.

Just a quick reminder that Steve Cotter's "Certified Kettlebell Trainer" program will be happening this weekend at Power & Physique Systems gym. If you are interested and would like to get in on the group registration discount, contact John at the host gym (http://www.powerphysiquesystems.com). All of the other information on the seminar can be found at http://www.ikff.net.
