Two WOD questions, Macro cycles and Full O-lifts
I'm finishing up the Starr rehab for a back/hip flexor/oblique/ okay I really don't know what I injured but It hurts when I squat low injury and I'm porgressing from SS to the performance menu WOD. Should I just start in when the rehab ends or should I wait till the begining of the next Macro Cycle which I think is coming up soon?
Second, I've never done the full/squat versions of the O-Lift. I'm working on my form as I go using online videos & help and also looking for a book with some explination. Would just working through the techniques as they come up in the WOD (and several warm-up sets) be an acceptable way to approach this?
