Whats the difference? From watching the video, the only thing I can tell is that the muscle snatch (or clean) just catches the bar with a higher body position than the power snatch (or clean). Am I right?
with the muscle sn there is no rebending of the knees or hips after extension during the 2nd pull. There is no "pull under" the bar you only pull the bar up (muscle it up there).
