If you have switched to eating grass-fed beef for most of your protein (or grass-fed beefalo, which is reportedly somewhat lower in fat; a minus for our purposes) do you still need to take fish oil?
I think fish oil is pretty much universally recommended. The grass-fed beef/bison is going to have a much nicer n6:n3 ratio, but I still stick with 3-5g of fish oil per day.
