Default John's Log

Ever since I bought this new ice cream machine, I've been addicted to ice cream. I've been eating quarts of the stuff haha. I dunno how bad that is for my health but I need to quit my ice cream habit, so I'ma start this nutrition log to help me stay on track from now on and shed some of the fat that I gained I might integrate my workouts into the log too. my goal is to cut my weight down to 145-150 in around two to three months.

Feel free to leave any comments or suggestions

i haven't been able to come online for a while so I missed a few weeks, but I will make an effort to keep this going

Monday 6/9/08

2 slices of bacon

Went on a little hike today

beef jerky
cucumbers
blueberries
and tea

slept really early as my car's battery died a couple of miles from my house at night..i was really tired so i took a nap before running home and calling triple a.. 3:00AM

2 eggs cooked in bacon fat

148 carbs
155 protein

*i'm not going to subtract fiber anymore
*i know that my calories seem very low, but I have been very busy and still feel fine/energetic for now
