Default Eating soy linked to memory loss

http://www.upi.com/Health_News/2008/...8071215295390/

I love this part:
Quote:
Soy products are rich in micronutrients called phytoestrogens, but it is not entirely clear what their effect on the aging brain is," said Professor Eef Hogervorst of Loughborough University.
Everyone is so ga-ga over "phytonutrients" that they seem to disregard "antinutrients" completely!

Makes total sense. I keep telling people not to eat soy. Yet, I keep having the same conversation over and over. Must be a memory loss, not their fault.
