Rating: That sled had no idea what was coming. I'll have to start sneaking up around the corner before long though, I think its learning.
I've got to start using this pre-workout avocado technique.

Yesterday (Jul 20th)
Meal: Lunch
Type: Unknown

Comments: Had a side of guacamole with my breakfast burrito. I'm not yet at the level of mastery where I can determine the type of avocado used in the guacamole. I've been feeling pretty dead the past week. Quite sore and lethargic. Feeling a lot better today though.

Late entry due to PR elation

Friday July 18th:
1 whole avocado about 1 hour pre-workout. DL day + one whole boiled egg instead of two. Plus a newcomer to the party, coconut oil about 2 tbsp'ish, who ya! Wow! Forgot to mention this is in the PR log , this was the same day +20 DL. Nothing like rocket fuel and solid booster propellant to get the electricity flowing.

Rating: Water is incompresible, muscle is made of water. Carbon nanotube cell walls are next. I'm sure pulling buses is fun, but throwing them is going to be even more fun!

Whole avacod, split in half, remove seed. Empty mixed nuts into seed cavity, mix and eat.

Rating: What's not to like with a fat on fat combo like this?
