If dark chocolate is your worst vice, you're doing very good. Course, 100% isn't really "chocolate"...it's cocoa. I usually eat 85% Lindt bars, about 1 every week or so. I consider it a low-grade vice. A bit of vinegar isn't going to hurt you either. The only issue with the bell peppers could be if you react to nightshades with joint inflammation and the only way to know is to not eat any nightshades for a month, then reintroduce them.
