I ordered mine today. They will be a great reference at ThreeRivers CrossFit. I'm also setting up to offer video coaching and this will provide a valuable point of comparison as my own technique is still developing as well.
I eagerly await the book.

Any progress on this? I'm waiting as impatiently as a schoolgirl waiting for Backstreet Boys concert. I love SS and would love one on Oly lifts. |
